Our Mission

San Jose Day Nursery is a Catholic preschool located in the heart of beautiful Chelsea in New York City.  Our goal is to offer a loving, educational, and joyful environment for children aged one to five.

At San Jose Day Nursery, we foster the total development of children ages one through five.  We create engaging learning opportunities and loving care to children to create a happy, safe and productive environment.

Since 1916, the Religious Congregation of the Mothers of the Helpless have been working with young children. We are focused on providing children with educational experiences that they will cherish forever.
